The May doldrums continue as it was another weak night. Only CBS saw a rise from last week. Survivor was up two tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo. Criminal Minds was up two tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo and the season finale of CSI was even in viewers but up two tenths in the demo. On ABC, The Middle was down seven tenths in viewers and two tenths in the demo for a series low. The now cancelled Suburgatory followed down half a million viewers and two tenths in the demo for a series low. Modern Family only recovered ever so slightly from last week's big drop. It was up two tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo. Mixology followed dead even with last week, it has also been cancelled. At 10pm, Nashville was up a tenth in viewers and even in the demo.
Things fell apart for NBC. At 8pm, Revolution was down half a million viewers and two tenths in the demo for a series low. This came ahead of its cancellation on Friday. At 9pm, Law & Order: SVU was down nine tenths in viewers and three tenths in the demo while Chicago PD closed out the night down a huge 1.9 million viewers and half a demo point from last week, when it crossed over with Chicago Fire. It seems like it should be pretty concerning to NBC that Chicago PD can only perform well when it's being crossed over with either Fire or SVU. Finally on FOX, American Idol was down eight tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo for another series low.
