On Monday night, the college football championship on ESPN was down from recent years despite a close game, but it still dominated with 25.7 million viewers and an 8.3 demo. Only ABC and NBC competed against the game. On ABC, The Bachelor was down seven tenths in viewers and two tenths in the demo from last week's premiere. It only got a 1.8 demo against the college championship last week. The after show, Bachelor Live, was down four tenths in viewers and even in the demo. On NBC, the second week in the regular timeslot for Superstore was down six tenths in viewers and three tenths in the demo. It's a drop, but there's still something to work with here. It's not looking as promising for Telenovela, as it was down a million viewers and three tenths in the demo to a weak 1.0. At 9pm, The Biggest Loser was down four tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo from last week's premiere. The viewer total was a series low.
WINNER OF THE NIGHT: The Bachelor (ABC)
LOSER OF THE NIGHT: Telenovela (NBC)
