On Friday night, CBS was new after two weeks of basketball. At 8pm, Undercover Boss was down 1.9 million viewers and two tenths in the demo from its last airing as it may have taken a hit from Daylight Savings. At 9pm, CSI: NY returned after nearly two months off and landed just slightly down from where it left off. I still think this might be the odd show out for CBS at upfronts. At 10pm, Blue Bloods was down six tenths in viewers and even in the demo from its last airing. On FOX, Kitchen Nightmares was down two tenths in viewers but up a tenth in the demo while Fringe was up two tenths in viewers and three tenths in the demo from last week's series lows.
On ABC, only the 9pm and 10pm hours were new. Primetime: What Would You Do? was down a tenth in viewers and a tenth in the demo while 20/20 perked up 1.6 million viewers and half a demo point with its story on the big lotto. NBC's woes continued as Who Do You Think You Are? was down half a million viewers and two tenths in the demo for a series low and Grimm was down a million viewers and three tenths in the demo from its last airing for a series low as well. Why has NBC been so on and off with the new Grimm airings? At 10pm, Dateline NBC was up a tenth in viewers and three tenths in the demo.
