Sunday night had a mix of repeats and originals. The overrun of the Masters Tournament on CBS lasted nearly an hour but did very well and that helped 60 Minutes rise 3.1 million viewers and nine tenths in the demo. The Amazing Race followed and was up six tenths in viewers and even in the demo. The Good Wife was up 1.5 million viewers and two tenths in the demo. This show has proven that it should air in the 10pm hour next year. CBS needs to pull that trigger and I think they might. The Mentalist mostly aired after primetime ended and was down just two tenths in viewers and even in the demo from its last new episode which started at 10:46pm. The 10pm CBS show gets the short end of the stick a lot. On NBC, Celebrity Apprentice was up eight tenths in viewers and four tenths in the demo as it benefited from going back to two hours after a couple weeks at just 10pm. Over on FOX, the cartoons were down across the board including a season low for The Simpsons.
