It is paired with the new single camera sitcom Life in Pieces . When football ends, both sitcoms move to Thursdays and comedy will be completely off the CBS Monday lineup for the first time EVER. Since the 40s, CBS has always had at least an hour of comedy on Mondays but that tradition ends in November. In place of the comedies is the highly anticipated new drama Supergirl . Viewers: 3.9 million, 18-49 demo: 1.3 CBS 8:00 NCIS Viewers: 14.9 million, 18-49 demo: 2.0 9:00 NCIS: New Orleans Viewers: 13.6 million, 18-49 demo: 1.7 10:00 CSI: Cyber Viewers: 8.7 million, 18-49 demo: 1.2 NBC 8:00 The Voice Viewers: 9.1 million, 18-49 demo: 2.1 9:00 Undateable Viewers: 4.0 million, 18-49 demo: 1.3 10:00 Chicago Fire Viewers: 6.7 million, 18-49 demo: 1.5 FOX 8:00 Hell's Kitchen Viewers: 3.3 million, 18-49 demo: 1.2 9:00 American Idol Viewers: 5.6 million, 18-49 demo: 1.3 It came awfully close but NCIS avoided going below a 2.0 demo for the first time. The season finale was up eight tenths in viewers and even in the demo for a fourth straight week. Here is the ABC lineup! Past ABC analysis:  2014     2013     2012     2011 MONDAYS 8:00 Dancing with the Stars (21st Edition) 10:00 Castle (8th Season) Despite Castle 's major decline this year, this lineup with stay the same for a seventh consecutive year. I know ABC didn't have an overly compatible drama to launch with Dancing but the veteran competition series is still strong after all these years and could launch something. But instead, this will stay. ABC is a model of consistency in their fall schedule and that is OK for the most part. But this is a mistake in my opinion. As always, The Bachelor replaces Dancing in January. TUESDAYS 8:00 THE MUPPETS 8:30 Fresh Off the Boat (2nd Season) 9:00 Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (3rd Season) 10:00 QUANTICO Tuesdays is one of two days with some pretty significant upheaval. Here is the FOX schedule! Past FOX analysis:  2014     2013     2012     2011 MONDAYS 8:00 Gotham (2nd Season) 9:00 MINORITY REPORT As expected, season two of  Gotham is being paired with one of FOX's several new male-skewing dramas. The lucky show is Minority Report , a sci-fi drama based on the hit film. This block will get a ton of NFL promotion on Sundays in the fall and FOX hopes they'll be much more compatible than Gotham and Sleepy Hollow were this year. On paper, this seems like a better fit. FOX has to hope that season two of Gotham doesn't go like season two of recent promising shows that slipped during their first season: Sleepy Hollow and The Following . The highly anticipated reboot of The X-Files is scheduled to take Gotham 's place for several weeks after its premiere following the NFC Championship Game in January. Even as NBC and FOX have released their schedules, CBS was finalizing their renewals as 15 shows joined the already renewed NCIS: New Orleans, Madam Secretary, Scorpion, The Big Bang Theory, Mom, 2 Broke Girls, and Mike & Molly . Starting with the pickups that were never really in doubt, CBS picked up NCIS (Season 13), NCIS: Los Angeles (Season 7), Criminal Minds (Season 11), Elementary (Season 4), Blue Bloods (Season 6), Survivor (31st/32nd Edition), The Amazing Race (27th Edition), Undercover Boss (Season 7), 60 Minutes (Season 48), and 48 Hours (Season 29). Shows that weren't really in doubt but maybe a bit more than the ones listed above were Hawaii Five-0 for a sixth season, The Good Wife for a seventh season, and Person of Interest for a 13 episode fifth season.
