It was a very quiet Friday night across the board. ABC had an all-new but very low rated Friday. Supernanny was down eight tenths in viewers and three tenths in the demo to hit season lows. Primetime: What Would You Do? was down six tenths in viewers and three tenths in the demo which was also a season low. And finally 20/20 was down a rough 1.8 million viewers and half a demo point, also hitting season lows. This far into December seems to be rough for originals, particularly on Friday night. CBS had a night of holiday specials and a rerun of Blue Bloods. The night was highlighted by Frosty the Snowman's fair 5.7 million viewers and 1.7 demo.

NBC aired a rerun of Minute to Win It followed by a two hour Dateline which was up two tenths in viewers and even in the demo. The viewer total was a high for the night, which is fair news. It seems Dateline is doing better without School Pride as a lead-in anymore. FOX aired a low-rated movie to round out the big four networks.
