Monday night had the return of Dancing with the Stars on ABC. Though the total viewer count was strong, the demo was the lowest ever for the premiere. This show is still a force but it's skewing older than ever. At 10pm, Castle was up 1.3 million viewers and down a tenth in the demo. Like its lead-in, it skewed much older. Dancing took a bite out of The Voice. It was down 1.4 million viewers and four tenths in the demo. The Night Shift followed on NBC and was down a tenth in viewers and even in the demo. On CBS, Mike & Molly was surrounded by repeats but it was down two tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo. Finally on FOX, The Following was dead even with last week's weak performance.

WINNER OF THE NIGHT: Mike & Molly (CBS)
LOSER OF THE NIGHT: The Following (FOX)
