Wednesday night had the final Presidential debate. Its 71 million viewers was up from the last debate and the third 2012 debate, but down from the record breaking first debate. So it was really just the 8pm hour to look at. ABC had a good hour with two annual Halloween specials that were up from last year's airings. On CBS, Survivor was down half a million viewers and a tenth in the demo. On NBC, Blindspot was down three tenths in viewers but up a tenth in the demo. On FOX, Lethal Weapon was down a tenth in viewers and two tenths in the demo but it didn't have as big a lead-out as it usually does. Finally on the CW, Arrow was down a tenth in viewers ant the demo for a new series low. Frequency was the only show to air in the 9pm hour against the debate but it couldn't capitalize and was down a tenth in viewers and even in the demo at a very weak 0.3.
