There was the usual new shows on Monday night with ABC's unscripted combo on top. The Bachelorette was down a tenth in viewers and the demo while Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition was down two tenths in viewers and even in the demo with last week. NBC had Law & Order: Criminal Intent was up seven tenths in viewers and two tenths in the demo from its last new NBC airing. Law & Order: LA was down three tenths in viewers and even in the demo from its last airing two weeks ago. FOX's MasterChef went up again in its third week as it was up a tenth in viewers and two tenths in the demo. This show is moving back to where it was last summer as the switch back to 9pm appears to have helped.
