On Thursday night, CBS aired the second week of the NCAA Basketball Tournament. With less competing games, it was up nicely from last week. On ABC, Grey's Anatomy was down a tenth in viewers and the demo, tying a series low in the latter category. Scandal was down two tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo for a new series low. I really think it's time for Scandal to announce that 2017-18 will be the final season. Yes, it's still doing decently by ABC drama standards but the trajectory is hard to ignore. At 10pm, The Catch was down four tenths in viewers and even in the demo. On NBC, Superstore was even. It is very consistent no matter what is going on around it or what it's competing with. Repeats followed until 10pm where The Blacklist: Redemption was down a tenth in viewers and even in the demo. Finally on FOX, Masterchef Junior was down two tenths in viewers and even in the demo while Kicking & Screaming was up a tenth in viewers and even in the demo.
WINNER OF THE NIGHT: Superstore (NBC)
LOSER OF TH ENIGHT: Scandal (ABC)
