Monday night had the highly anticipated return of Under the Dome. While it was the best performance for a scripted show yet this summer, it could be considered a disappointment as its 2.1 demo tied a series low and was way behind the 3.3 demo it premiered to last summer or the high 2s it hit most of the time. I think a big drop next week into the mid to upper 1s is very likely. On ABC, The Bachelorette was up four tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo while Mistresses was up half a million viewers and a tenth in the demo despite more competition from CBS. On FOX, Masterchef was up three tenths in viewers and two tenths in the demo for a season high. 24: Live Another Day was dead even with last week.
