I had plans to read all of them but only made it through ABC and a few NBC ones. There were a lot of ABC ones that I was interested in and go figure they picked up almost none of them. But one of the ones I actually really liked, much to my surprise, was The Baker and the Beauty . It's been about a year since I read the pilot but a lot of it stuck with me watching the pilot tonight and I am happy to report that the final product was as charming as the script. Here's a look at this week on TV! ABC, CBS and NBC are teaming together for a Coronavirus fundraiser on Saturday night that will be simulcast on the three networks and many others and will be hosted by the late night trio of Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel and Stephen Colbert. ABC ABC has two series premieres on Monday night, an offshoot of The Bachelor called Listen to Your Heart , which incorporates more music into the format. It is followed by romantic dramedy The Baker and the Beauty . Usually a late spring premiere is a bad sign for a broadcast show but with so much unknown and ratings up, this could end up doing ok. Or it could still be a massive flop. When I started this blog in Fall 2010, I was recently graduated from college. I wasn't watching as many current shows as I do now but made a plan to watch more and start reviewing them on this blog. One reason I was excited about doing that was because several shows I liked had premiered in 2009-10, chief among them Modern Family . When Modern Family premiered in September 2009, ABC's comedy department was in shambles. Sure, they had successful dramas like Lost and Grey's Anatomy  but they had nothing to speak of in the comedy department. The past couple years had seen tired sitcoms like According to Jim , niche ones like Better Off Ted and The Knights of Prosperity  and dumb ones like Cavemen and Carpoolers . ABC knew things needed to be different and they bravely launched a lineup of all new comedies on Wednesday night. The other shows were star vehicles for Kelsey Grammar, Patricia Heaton and Courteney Cox as they returned to TV with Hank, The Middle and Cougar Town ...

Here's a look at this week on TV! ABC ABC says goodbye to Modern Family after 11 seasons and 250 episodes. It has never been anywhere besides the Wednesday 9pm anchor slot and transformed the network. I'll have more on my blog on Wednesday. It is followed by the return of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire , now doing a short-run celebrity edition hosted by Jimmy Kimmel. If it does well, I think we could definitely see it back next season.
