It was a sports battle on Sunday night with Game 5 of the World Series going against a big Cowboys-Eagles game on Sunday Night Football. The hot World Series topped football but football was still up to its best number in a month. With everyone watching sports, it was as ugly as can be on the two networks airing scripted programming. On CBS, 60 Minutes and NCIS: Los Angeles held up OK with decent total viewer counts and OK demos for a non-football lead-in Sunday. But then Madam Secretary and Elementary both saw new series lows. It was even worse for ABC where everything was under a 1.0 demo. America's Funniest Home Videos was even with its last new airing. Three series lows followed for the three dramas. At 8pm, Once Upon a Time was down three tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo. Two 0.6 demos followed with absolutely dreadful performances from Secrets and Lies and Quantico. Both were down four tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo.

WINNER OF THE NIGHT: None
LOSER OF THE NIGHT: Secrets and Lies (ABC)
