On Thursday night, FOX premiered a new sitcom but it didn't go very well. First up though, Hell's Kitchen was up a tenth in viewers and the demo at 8pm. American Idol's results show shrunk to half an hour and was down four tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo for a new series low. Who would have thought we'd see the day when Hell's Kitchen tied American Idol in the demo? At 9:30pm, the series premiere of Surviving Jack had an old-skewing soft debut. Idol doesn't mean anything as a lead-in anymore and this show only got mild attention that's likely to drop from here. On ABC, the just cancelled Once Upon a Time in Wonderland was down a tenth in viewers but up two tenths in the demo. The series finale airs next week. At 9pm, Grey's Anatomy was up three tenths in viewers and two tenths in the demo while Scandal was down a tenth in viewers and up two tenths in the demo. On NBC, Parenthood was up two tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo for its best performance since October 3.
