On Monday night, Gotham was back on FOX after three months off. It returned to tie a series low at a 1.0 demo. I guess it could have been worse for late April but it should have never been off the air. At 9pm, the season (and most certainly series) finale of APB was even in viewers and up a tenth in the demo. On ABC, Dancing with the Stars gave back last year's Disney-themed spike, dropping eight tenths in viewers and two tenths in the demo. At 10pm, Quantico was down two tenths in viewers and even in the demo. On NBC, The Voice continued to inch down, dropping three tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo while Taken was down two tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo. Finally, it was a rough night for the CW's return to new programming after a month as both shows hit new series lows. Supergirl was down four tenths in viewers and two tenths in the demo while Jane the Virgin was down a tenth in viewers and the demo for its first ever 0.2.

WINNER OF THE NIGHT: None
LOSER OF THE NIGHT: Jane the Virgin (CW)
