On Friday night, NBC started things off with Grimm which was up two tenths in viewers and even in the demo. The season (and most certainly series) finale of Emerald City was up half a million viewers and a tenth in the demo. NBC is going to have to go in another direction on Fridays next year. At 10pm, Dateline NBC was up four tenths in viewers and even in the demo. On ABC, Shark Tank moved up an hour and was up two tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo. The finale to When We Rise was even with Thursday's edition with a very low 0.4 demo. ABC tried to make this work but it ended up being a big flop in the ratings. Mini-series have had a hard times on the broadcast networks whenever they've tried to revive the genre. On the CW, The Vampire Diaries was up a tenth in viewers and even in the demo before its series finale next week. At 9pm, Reign was even. Finally on FOX, Sleepy Hollow followed a repeat of Rosewood and was up a tenth in viewers but down a tenth in the demo to a new series low at a horrible 0.4.

WINNER OF THE NIGHT: Shark Tank (ABC)
LOSER OF THE NIGHT: Sleepy Hollow (FOX)
