On Tuesday night, President Trump's first address to a joint session of Congress meant only the first hour mattered in the ratings. NBC had night two of The Voice. It was understandably down from Monday but still solid. ABC aired its 9pm comedy hour an hour earlier and the results were pretty similar. Fresh Off the Boat was up two tenths in viewers and even in the demo while The Real O'Neals was up four tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo. On FOX, New Girl was down two tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo while The Mick was even. Finally, the CW aired a new episode of The Flash and it was up a tenth in viewers and the demo.

WINNER OF THE NIGHT: The Voice (NBC)
LOSER OF THE NIGHT: None
