On Monday night, NBC has the first of two weeks of previews of new sitcoms that will air regularly starting in January. This week, it is Superstore starring America Ferrera and Ben Feldman. It should get an OK sampling after The Voice but 10pm is a tough time for comedies to air and the drop at the 10:30pm episode will probably be noticeable. Speaking of The Voice, it will probably rebound a bit without Dancing with the Stars but ABC still provides some considerable competition with the 50th anniversary of A Charlie Brown Christmas. The special will air at 9pm following a tribute to the perennial Christmas hit. Those festivities are followed by the premiere of ABC's new seasonal reality show, The Great Holiday Baking Show. Elsewhere, CBS is only new with Supergirl. Some think last week's drop can be chalked up to it being Thanksgiving week, but I'm not so sure. FOX has the fall finale of Gotham and the season (and most definitely series) finale of Minority Report.
