Thanksgiving Eve was quiet as usual with ABC in repeats and NBC airing specials. CBS had its regular lineup and it held up pretty well all things considered. Survivor was down 1.4 million viewers and three tenths in the demo for a season low. Criminal Minds was down 1.3 million viewers and four tenths in the demo and CSI was down three tenths in viewers and just a tenth in the demo as it held up the best. These shows are better to run on Thanksgiving Eve than others because they aren't as big draws for the younger crowd that goes out on one of the biggest party nights of the year. The X Factor did not hold up nearly as well as it was down six tenths in viewers and half a demo point to a low 1.2. Time to cancel this show, FOX. An SNL Thanksgiving special for NBC did pretty well.
