On Wednesday night, FOX brought back The X Factor for season three and another revamped judging panel. It was not positive as the show was down huge year to year. The X Factor is very clearly miles behind The Voice and American Idol in terms of ratings and buzz. I have no idea why FOX is giving this show three hours on its fall schedule. That's a huge mistake. Over on NBC, The Million Second Quiz dropped again in its third night. This is not really the "event" NBC was hoping it would be. Later in the night, America's Got Talent was down a tenth in the demo and the season finale of Camp was down the same. It's hard to imagine this show coming back next summer. Elsewhere, Big Brother on CBS was even with last week despite increased competition.
