Tuesday night had another two hour edition of The Voice for NBC. It was down four tenths in viewers and two tenths in the demo for a season low. It is slowly fading but still very strong. At 10pm, the second week of Grimm on Tuesday was down a tenth in viewers and the demo. It won the hour but I think it belongs on Friday. On CBS, NCIS started off the night down seven tenths in viewers and even in the demo. At 9pm, NCIS: Los Angeles was up a tenth in viewers and two tenths in the demo from last week's series low. At 10pm, Golden Boy was down six tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo for a Tuesday low.

ABC had another low Tuesday evening. At 8pm, the season finale of Splash was even in viewers and up a tenth in the demo. I suppose there's a chance this could come back as filler next spring or summer but I doubt it. It really shouldn't. At 9pm, the results edition of Dancing with the Stars was down a tenth in viewers but up two tenths in the demo from last week's series low. The Voice is really hurting this show on Tuesdays now with its two hour edition. At 10pm, Body of Proof was down 1.2 million viewers and two tenths in the demo from its last airing two weeks ago. Its renewal chances were sounding positive in recent days so it'll be interesting to see if this hurts it or not.

Finally on FOX, Hell's Kitchen was down a tenth in viewers and the demo. This show defines the decent filler role that networks look for. At 9pm, New Girl was up three tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo. There are few shows that skew younger on TV right now. At 9:30pm, The Mindy Project was dead even with last week with terrible numbers. Seriously, why did FOX renew this show? It does absolutely nothing and it really shouldn't keep the post-New Girl slot but then I shudder to think what its ratings will look like.
