Friday night was good to ABC as every show was up. At 8pm, two episodes of Happy Endings were both up from last weeks. These numbers still aren't good but improved. USA may pick up Endings if it gets cancelled by ABC. At 9pm, Shark Tank was up eight tenths in viewers and three tenths in the demo to its best numbers since November 9. At 10pm, 20/20 was down two tenths in viewers but up four tenths in the demo to a season high. Over on NBC, Fashion Star was down two tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo, Grimm was up two tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo, and Rock Center was down nine tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo.

Over on CBS, Undercover Boss started the night up 1.2 million viewers and three tenths in the demo. Vegas moved over from Tuesdays and fell on its face in its first Friday airing with an easy series low. It needed to really surprise to have a shot at a second season and it disappointed so that's the final nail in the coffin though CBS will probably let it ride out the rest of the season. At 10pm, Blue Bloods was up six tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo despite the terrible lead-in. On FOX, Touch was down a tenth in viewers and up a tenth in the demo.
