THE RUNDOWN: Friday, November 2 & Saturday, November 3

Check back either tonight or tomorrow for a review of ABC's new sitcom Malibu Country!

ABC
8:00 Last Man Standing #25 "Voting" (Season Premiere)
8:30 Malibu Country #1 "Pilot" (SERIES PREMIERE)
9:00 Shark Tank

10:00 20/20
ABC has a new looking Friday night as they are attempting to bring sitcoms back to a night they once dominated with sitcoms in the TGIF heyday. They are hoping that the second season of Tim Allen's Last Man Standing and the new Reba McEntire sitcom Malibu Country will do the trick. I think this is a really tough one to guess. I think we'll see decent premieres but it will ultimately be tough sledding on Friday night. Shark Tank moves to 9pm where it might be able to do even more damage..
Prediction: Standing - 6.2 million, 1.8/Malibu - 7.1 million, 2.0/Shark - 7.4 million, 2.1/2020 - 6.1 million, 1.5

CBS
8:00 Undercover Boss (Season Premiere)
9:00 CSI: NY #186 "The Lady in the Lake"
10:00 Blue Bloods #50 "Greener Grass"
CBS is countering ABC's sitcoms with a season premiere of its own. Most thought Undercover Boss would be back here eventually but it wasn't planned this soon until Made in Jersey tanked. Now it's back to 8pm Fridays but I think it'll be down from last season's numbers while CSI: NY could take a hit from Shark Tank in the 9pm hour.
Prediction: Boss - 6.8 million, 1.4/CSI NY - 9.2 million, 1.4/Bloods - 10.4 million, 1.5

NBC
8:00 Hurricane Sandy: Coming Together (SPECIAL)
9:00 Grimm #32 "The Hour of Death"
10:00 Revolution #6 "Sex and Drugs" (REPEAT)
NBC is airing a live telethon for Hurricane Sandy relief at 8pm followed by a new Grimm and a repeat of Monday's Revolution for those who may have missed due to the hurricane. I think Grimm will definitely be down from last week's Halloween episode.
Prediction: Grimm - 5.4 million, 1.6

FOX
8:00 Kitchen Nightmares
9:00 Fringe #92 "An Origin Story"
FOX is all new as well. Kitchen Nightmares had a really bad premiere last week and it could be worse this week with tough competition in the hour. Fringe will probably stay low and steady.
Prediction: Kitchen - 2.4 million, 0.7/Fringe - 2.5 million, 0.9

SATURDAY

ABC
8:00 College Football

CBS
8:00 College Football

NBC
8:00 Horse Racing: Breeders Cup Classic
9:00 MOVIE: Rudy

FOX
8:00 College Football
