FOX has renewed
Bob's Burgers for a fourth season. As is the case with all of FOX's animated sitcoms, decisions need to be made early to have seasons ready on time with the massive time it takes to produce them. So, FOX has added
Burgers to the already renewed toons
The Simpsons, Family Guy, and
American Dad! FOX launched
Bob's Burgers at midseason 2010 and it did so-so in the ratings but it got a boost when it returned last spring for a second season after
Allen Gregory bombed and
Napoleon Dynamite did nearly as bad. When FOX made the decision to cancel both those shows,
Bob's gained some traction and now it appears headed to a healthy run like the others. The only cartoon with the jury still out is
The Cleveland Show but I wouldn't be shocked to hear an announcement for a renewal within a couple weeks.
