On Thursday night, FOX aired night two of The X Factor and it was down some from Wednesday's debut. While it didn't have the higher viewed 9pm hour factored in, it also didn't have to face The Voice this time so it can pretty much be assessed the same way as Wednesday - not terrible, but disappointing. The better news came at 9pm where the season premiere of Glee was up from the season finale (which aired after American Idol). While Glee tends to fade during the year, this is encouraging in a season with a lot of changes. Maybe FOX made the right decision in moving it to a more protected slot. Time will tell...
