ABC is all new with its regular lineup including the season finale of Suburgatory. I could see each show going up from last week as the spring swoons tend to come back a bit toward the end.

CBS is basically finishing up all its shows a week before May Sweeps ends and its already airing repeats in the 8pm hour. At 9pm is a two hour season finale of Criminal Minds which says goodbye to Paget Brewster. I think it will be up from last week and probably counted as one episode.

NBC is new to start and end the night. Off Their Rockers could be up with less competition on CBS. NBC yanked Rock Center for the rest of sweeps (and then renewed it for next season). However, having Criminal Minds in the 10pm hour could hurt Law & Order: SVU.
Prediction: Rockers 8:00 - 5.4 million, 1.6/Rockers 8:30 - 5.3 million, 1.5/SVU - 5.5 million, 1.7

FOX has the next-to-last week of American Idol. I could see it rising slightly with no Survivor competition.
