CBS has Undercover Boss at 8pm which should be steady while a Lionel Richie concert rounds out the rest of the night. I'd expect decent total viewers but an old skew.
Prediction: Boss - 7.7 million, 1.8/Lionel - 6.8 million, 1.5

NBC is new in the 9pm and 10pm hours. I could see both shows being up a hair without CBS's usual programming.

FOX is all new. The Finder had a DOA Friday arrival last week and shouldn't be any better this week. I could see Fringe being up a tenth maybe.
