On a low rated Friday, CBS's Undercover Boss was up two tenths in viewers and down a tenth in the demo. While the 1.6 demo is a series low, it was also the top demo of the night on any network. At 9pm, CSI: NY was even in viewers and two tenths in the demo. Falling to a 1.5 demo is probably making CBS's likely decision to cancel this veteran series easier. At 10pm, Blue Bloods was down four tenths in viewers and two tenths in the demo, also registering only a 1.5 demo. On FOX, The Finder started off the night down three tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo while the just-renewed Fringe was up a tenth in viewers and even in the demo.

Over on ABC, Shark Tank started off the night down a tenth in viewers and two tenths in the demo from its last new airing. Primetime: What Would You Do? was down three tenths in viewers and two tenths in the demo for a season low. This show should be held until midseason even if Shark Tank returns in the fall. At 10pm, 20/20 was up nine tenths in viewers and two tenths in the demo. On NBC, Who Do You Think You Are? was up seven tenths in viewers and two tenths in the demo for its best showing since March 23. Grimm was down three tenths in viewers and even in the demo, tying CSI: NY for the demo lead. Dateline NBC was down 1.7 million viewers and three tenths in the demo as 20/20 was the newsmagazine of choice this week.
