THE RUNDOWN: Thursday, November 17

8:00 20/20 Special Edition
9:00 Private Practice #84 "Who We Are"
10:00 Private Practice #85 "The Breaking Point"
ABC has a different lineup on Thursday night. With the cancelled Charlie's Angels done on Thursday, specials will air through the end of December. First up is a 20/20 Special Edition focusing on the retiring Regis Philbin (and hosted by ABC's newest personality, Katie Couric). A special two hour Private Practice event follows. It has been promoted a lot but it doesn't have a Grey's Anatomy lead-in so it could be down.
Prediction: 2020 - 7.4 million, 2.0/Practice 9:00 - 7.8 million, 2.6/Practice 10:00 - 7.1 million, 2.5

8:00 The Big Bang Theory #97 "The Flaming Spittoon Acquisition"
8:30 Rules of Engagement #77 "Shy Dial"
9:00 Person of Interest #8 "Foe"
10:00 The Mentalist #78 "Pink Tops"
CBS is all new with its full lineup. I'd expect similar numbers for the comedies while Person of Interest and The Mentalist are back after a week of repeats. With ABC likely weaker, both shows could be up from their last new airing.
Prediction: Big Bang - 15.5 million, 5.3/Rules - 11.4 million, 3.4/Interest - 12.4 million, 2.8/Mentalist - 14.1 million, 3.0

8:00 Community #57 "Documentary Filmmaking: Redux"
8:30 Parks and Recreation #54 "Smallest Park"
9:00 The Office #160 "Gettysburg"
9:30 Whitney #8 "Clarence!"
10:00 Prime Suspect #8 "Underwater"

NBC is all new with its soon-to-change Thursday lineup. Come January, Community will be on hiatus, Prime Suspect will be gone, and Whitney will be on the move to Wednesdays. In its place will be 30 Rock, The Firm, and Up All Night. For now, expect more of the same with this lineup.
Prediction: Community - 3.6 million, 1.5/Parks - 3.9 million, 2.0/Office - 6.2 million, 3.1/Whitney - 4.3 million, 2.1/Suspect - 4.8 million, 1.2

8:00 The X-Factor
9:00 Bones #132 "The Prince in the Plastic"
FOX is all new with its regular lineup. Last week saw drops for both shows. I think both might rebound some this week but not fully.
Prediction: X Factor - 10.8 million, 3.5/Bones - 9.2 million, 2.8
