ABC had another troublesome Tuesday. Following a low-rated repeat of No Ordinary Family, V was all new and was even in viewers but down a tenth in the demo, tying a season low. While it still remained the demo high point of the night, a 1.7 demo is nothing to write home about. At 10pm, Detroit 1-8-7 returned after two weeks off and was down a tenth in viewers and the demo from its last airing. With two episodes remaining, it's sad that this show will most likely not see a second season. CBS was in repeats but respectable as usual. It's worth noting that NCIS: Los Angeles built on its parent show in viewers and the demo, though part of that had to do with FOX having much stiffer competition at 8pm.

NBC was new from 8-10pm with The Biggest Loser. With lighter competition, it was up 1.1 million viewers and five tenths in the demo. A rare repeat of Parenthood followed to very low numbers. FOX was the only network that was all new. At 8pm, Glee was up 1.3 million viewers and two tenths in the demo from its last airing two weeks ago. Not counting the post-Super Bowl episode, the total viewer number was the best since the second episode of the season. It was followed by Raising Hope which was down big from its post-Idol slot last week but up six tenths in viewers and three tenths in the demo from its last airing in this timeslot, which shows it got a little bounce from the extra exposure. The news was not as good for Traffic Light which was down big from last week but even down two tenths in viewers and a tenth in the demo from its last airing in this slot. This was probably the final nail in the coffin for this low-rated freshman show.
