ABC has an all-new lineup starting with the season premiere of the successful summer series Wipeout. Airing in the regular season for the first time, ABC will show 8 episodes this winter and then the remaining 16 in the summer. ABC has struck out with dramas in this slot in recent years so this may be a good alternative for them. New episodes of Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice follow and should be on par with their usual ratings.

Prediction: Wipeout – 8.4 million, 2.7/Grey’s – 11.7 million, 4.2/Practice – 8.0 million, 2.8

CBS8:00 The Big Bang Theory #75 "The Bus Pants Utilization"

8:30 $#*! My Dad Says #12 "Goodson Goes Deep"

CBS is all new with its regular lineup and it should be strong as usual. $#*! My Dad Says has until mid February to prove that it deserves to be renewed but that seems a long shot at this point.

NBC’s comedy lineup is all repeats yet again as the full new lineup doesn’t start until January 20. These shows don’t repeat well so expect the same.

9:00 Bones #107 "The Mastodon in the Room" (REPEAT)

FOX is airing Million Dollar Money Drop this week and next week before American Idol premieres. It flopped on Tuesday so there’s no reason to expect it to do any better here. Bones is a repeat in its new timeslot.
